ACTIVITIES IN JAN - JUNE 2017
BCP—Real Time Exercise
On 18th Jan 2017, the Company conducted BCP—Real Time Exercise (“RTE”) guided by TTC Mr. Masahiro Yamashita for both KLHQ and BRLC.

KLHQ selected theme was “Political Unrest” and BRLC selected theme was “Fire”.
KLHQ Toilet Cleaning Campaign
In May 2017, the Company organized a Toilet Cleaning Campaign for KLHQ. The objective of the Campaign is to bring awareness to all staff to maintain toilet cleanliness at all times.
RE-CERTIFICATION & MIGRATION TO NEW ISO 14001:2015
As TTMSB ISO 14001:2004 would expire on 12th April, TTMSB invited LRQA to conduct re-certification and migration audit to new ISO 14001:2015 from 30th and 31st March 2017. TTMSB is now certified under ISO 14001:2015.
ANZEN TAIKAI at BRLC
  1. Toyota Tsusho (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd("TTMSB")conducted its 2nd Safety Rally on 22nd March 2017 at BRLC Training Room attended by TTMSB Group of Companies with a total participants of 28 persons,
  2. TTMSB also invited TTTC Safety General Manager Mr. Suzuki, who kindly presented TTC group's safety activities.
  3. The presentation received a lot of valuable inputs from the participants.
Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) Activities

TTMSB donated RM15,000 to the National Kidney Foundation Malaysia (“NKF”) for the Children Education Welfare Fund of kidney failure victims' families.


On 15th March 2017, Mr. Sachio Inami represented TTMSB to deliver a mock cheque for RM9,654.85 to the Malaysian Pakinson’s Disease Association (“MPDA”) to enable MPDA to purchase the required equipment for patients use. Ms. Sara Lew (President of MPDA) received the mock cheque on behalf of MPDA.
