The Administration and Safety Department (“ASD”) was established on April 1, 2024, and is responsible for managing the company's administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective support for all departments. Additionally, the department is tasked with ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
There are 4 "fundamental" functions as ASD:
Office Management : Overseeing the maintenance and organization of office spaces.
Safety Training : We train person who are safety conscious and can work safely.
Safety Audit : We make sure that a safe environment is created and that work is being done safely.
Structure Development : We will build systems and mechanisms for safety.
